*Restrictions apply. Returns are not accepted unless a Kickcap customer support agent issued RMA number is generated prior to the item being returned to our head office. Proof of parcel reception date required after 15 days of placing your order. Limit of one (1) refund every ten (10) orders. Customer must pay for shipping to our head office for refund. Destination mailing address and detailed procedure will be provided with your RMA number.
Returned items must be received by our head office within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA number or the refund will be canceled. Refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The product must be returned in the exact state it was in when received by the customer. Refund is limited to the price of the item and taxes paid (if applicable) and excludes shipping costs and any other expenses incurred by the customer. Kickcap reserves the right to reject a refund claim if it is deemed unreasonable. Kickcap reserves the right to change its refund policy at any time.
